RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally fromSingapore

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We have the right to refuse to process them within the time limit.

2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

2.1 You need to include the invoice with the item in its original state and packaging.

2.2 Please print and fill out the exchange/return application form here and follow the steps in the form to exchange.

2.3 Mail your package to us by traceable postage.

2.4 Waiting for our email confirmation, you will be notified once your online store credentials are ready. Typically, the processing period is 5 business days after receiving your package.

2.5 All return requests will be refunded by the original payment method. If you pay with PAYPAL, you will return to PAYPAL. If you pay by credit card, you will return the credit card.

2.6 The purchase price of the product described in the online store is carried out. We do not refund the original shipping cost of the exchange item, the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the returned shipping fee.

2.7 However, if any product received is deemed defective or shipped incorrectly, ymmcz will bear the cost of shipping the item back to you. Please note that all exchanges are required to provide inventory, and we reserve the right to exchange items of similar value as we strive to ship the replacement items back to you.

2.8 Taxes, customs duties, customs duties and consumption taxes imposed on overseas orders for tax refunds or redemption items are not refundable.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1 All returned and exchanged items can only be made once.

4.2 If the subsequent items returned or redeemed belong to the same item as the previous order, we reserve the right and the discretion to cancel your return.

4.3 Our return and exchange policy does not cover damage caused by unique, accidental or random damage caused by your use or product wear.
